Hi Lorie,  I am not sure what the rates are in Lincoln county?   We just received an offer to a leas on some rights my Grandpa has that are for 1/8th royalty with $100 per year per acre.  The land is in Hughes County.    Anyone know if this is a reasonable offer? [...]
